Attendees Having Trouble Joining Zoom Events Lobby

I've had several attendees that have been having trouble joining Events lobbies. When they click on the Join Lobby button on their tickets or on the Zoom Events site, it just takes them back to that same screen instead of either prompting them to sign in to their account or taking them into the lobby. Is anyone else having this problem?

Zoom Events is designed that in order to enter the lobby participants must be signed into zoom web\client.

I'm having the same issue I don't know what the problem could possibly be I've tried everything.
