zoom and keynote

when I run a Keynote slide sequence on Webinar, sharing screen, in the last three weeks my name has started to appear in a separate panel to the right of the slide. This was not happening before, but in addition to this all kinds of size issues and such are also happening … it seems a little randomly.

Also, has anyone EVER been able to get Zoom to help with anything?

Hey @Carol1, within your Zoom desktop settings > General > Disable 'Use Dual Monitors' to see if that helps. With that enabled, participants' videos and shared content displays in separate windows.
