Hi, we have a Zoom Webinar license with 500 participant limit.
We recently did a Webinar and when we reach a total of 25 participant (including panelist), no more attendee were able to join. Did we accidently put a 25 participant limit in our Webinar ? Is there a maximimum limit of 25 participant elswhere in our account ? When a participant left, another participant were able to get in.
Thanks.

Hi, @jfd –
Your situation is certainly unusual. I’ve never seen or heard of this before, and would require some research into your account.
Unfortunately the volunteers in the Zoom Community don’t have access to account information or ability to make changes to accounts. Please submit a Support Ticket to Zoom staff at:
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new
Be sure to include the date and meeting ID of your event.
