Webinar Recorded to Cloud - no video

I recently hosted a webinar and opted to automatically record it to cloud. My camera (host) was off, but both my panelists cameras were on. The 2 recordings I received after the webinar are "Audio only" and "Audio transcript". Why do I not also have a video recording of the webinar with my panelists speaking?

Can you provide a screen shot of your Cloud Recording Settings?  Here’s mine:

If you hope to have all possible recordings, this is what you need. It will take up a lot of space on your Cloud Storage. If you want to pick and choose what you get, you have to be sure what you want, and ensure the settings are properly set. If they were, and you don’t get what you’re looking for, it’s difficult to troubleshoot after the fact.
