Zoom Events Walk through

I have requested clarity on Zoom Events.  I am highly interested in leveling up to it.  However, I made a request to talk to someone for clarity on a couple of things.   No reply yet.

How can I talk to a live person?

No, I have not gotten a walk-through,  I have watched some of the videos on the Event platform.  It would be nice to have a real walk-through and talk more about the customer experience.
