Hello,
We created a Zoom Event and as far as I can tell via settings, anyone with the event link is able to register. However, we're getting notes from the community that unless they have our email address domain, they get an "invite only" message when visiting the event page.
Screenshots below of our settings and of the response community is getting.
Any idea how to solve?

Hello!
From the ticket creation screen, you might be restricting the tickets to only invited individuals. Check the setting that is referenced in the attached screenshot.

The ticket type you have created limits the people who can register (see screenshot). You can easily add another ticket type. You cannot change the restricted ticket once tickets have been sold.
