Wrong image size on banner

Hi guys, 

i have one problem. When i add zoom webinar and go to tab branding i upload image. Image is in big normal size, but when i copy link from registration, image is small. It is like zoom crop picture and look's small. Can you help me please!

I am having the same issue. Using the recommended 640x200px size  and also larger ones and it keep cropping the picture so the text inside the picture becomes blurry

No, I didn't find a solution. The problem is still the same where the zoom itself crops the image.

Can Zoom please look at this I'm experiencing the same issue.

Try changing the size to: 1280 x 400.
