On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Hello I hosted an event yesterday evening on Zoom Events, with 8 sessions. All sessions should have been recorded separately, but they don't appear anywhere. I have checked the meeting setup and all the recording to the cloud features have been ticked. I have looked in my cloud recordings and they aren't there either. Please tell me how to access them. This has happened since the user interface for zoom events appears to have changed so that I can only use one hub rather than the three I''d already set up. Would that have effected the set up of the meetings? If so I have several draft ones set up waiting for me to publish them next month. Can anyone advise please?
