What do customized email templates look like?

I am looking for visual examples of what creating customized email templates can look like before we upgrade to Pro.  Does anyone have any examples they are wiling to share? When I call support they say, they can't help.  I want to make sure we have all the features we need before upgrading.

Hi,

I'm looking for the same thing as the original poster- examples of how people customized their email templates.
I know how to do it, I'm more interested in what other people have come up with. I've searched online and not found anything like that.
