Good morning,
I have a plan for Webinars with 1,000 viewers.
I wanted to ask if once we reach 1,000 registrants the registration process ends automatically, or if the 1,000 viewers limit only refers to those who actually attend the webinar.
In other words: with our plan, can 2,000 people sign up for the webinar (even if only the first 1,000 accessing people can actually attend)?
If the answer is yes, is there a way to redirect surplus subscribers to another platform where they can stream privately?
Thanks a lot!

Yes, the registration is not limited, only people actually attending as you wrote. When the webinar reaches capacity you can redirect to livestream
If this as helpful pls accept as solution,

Hi,
Yes. You can have unlimited registrations or you can set a registration limit but the total number of attendees who can join a webinar concurrently is based on your Zoom Video Webinars plan.
If your webinar has reached capacity and attendees are unable to join through Zoom, you can leverage live streaming through Facebook, Youtube, Workplace by Facebook, or a custom live streaming service to allow them to view the webinar
