Webinar pre-registration but 1 link

Hi

I want to set-up a webinar where only people are allowed based on a list from the client.
I have found that I can import a CSV file but then people can only join trough their
personalised link send trough Zoom is seems.
But the client want to send a link himself to these people, so 1 link.
Is there a way to get a general meetinglink where people are just allowed if they log-in
with the credentials uploaded from the CSV ?
When I try to copy the link from an invite to one person and try to log-in with another
log-in that is also in the CSV, it does not allow me acces.

Thank you !

Hello,

If the link to the webinar requires registration, for security purposes each user will have an individual and personalized registration link unique to them. This makes sure that other parties are not utilizing the registration link in bad ways.

"Later this year, Zoom's meeting and webinar registration for attendees will change, so that upon registration, the join link will no longer be displayed on the confirmation page in the web browser. Registrants will instead receive the join link through the Zoom registration confirmation email. This change will help prevent attackers from obtaining a registration link using an email address they do not personally control and limit unwanted guests from joining meetings or webinars. Admins can allow hosts to configure their registration settings to provide the join info on the registration confirmation page, but this is disabled by default." You can find out more here: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065026

I hope this helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.

Thank you,

Jake
