I'm not recieving confirmation emails when people register for my webinar even though the setting is toggled. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you get around it?

I am having this same issue with my webinar. No one is receiving confirms. I've tested this three times - myself and coworkers as well. Everything is activated so there should be no issues. But there is! Any ideas other than the "no reply {no-reply @ zoom.us } is being blocked somehow" - ?

As a workaround you could use APIs to extract each registrant's link and send them a confirmation email from your own CRM or email provider to ensure the confirmation emails are delivered. You could include RSVP calendar functionality. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom marketplace app, Salepager, that can do this for you.
