Webinar Recording Lost

Hi - I was a co-host of a Webinar and pressed Record when the meeting began. It says my Recordings save to my Cloud, but the recording isn't there. My Cloud is set to delete recordings after 30 days, but this was just yesterday. How can I find my recording? Was it under a different account if I signed in through the browser?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @erogo.

Regardless of whether you are a Co-Host, or even a designated host after the Host exits, or if you start the Webinar as an authorized Alt Host, the recording is always saved in the recordings area of the Webinar or Meeting owner/creator. It won’t be in your account.

Ray -- check out the GoodClix website.
