We use a third party online testing at the end of our webinars.
I would put the link in the chat box for attendees to click on.
is there a way to have zoom force the link open?

Basically, no, no way to force it during the meeting. It’s possible to launch a URL after a webinar; see the Post Attendee URL section here:

It’s also possible to do this from a meeting only if you have a Vanity URL which requires a Business account or higher.
