Upload a recording into Zoom coud

I have a Zoom unlimited Sessions license. I have a local-recorded Zoom webinar that I edited outside of Zoom and saved on my laptop. I would like to bring that edited video into Zoom Cloud so I can schedule a Simulive event. I have searched high and low and can not see how I do that. 

Failing that, can you advise me how I take that Zoom local recording, edit it in Zoom, and then transfer it into Zoom cloud so I can use it in my Simulive webinar event. 

The only editing I need to do is snip a few minutes off the front and end of the recording.
