Two-Day Zoom Event

How do have a two-day event that is not a Series because thy start at different times. First day is a evening session, next day starts mid-morning. This is one event, like a two-day conference.

An event with sessions spanning more than one day is not yet supported. This will be coming soon in "Zoom Events Conference".

Just schedule a regular recurring meeting, save it.  Then you see the meeting listed, next to "time" you have the option "see all meeting occurences".  There you can edit each meeting.

This is not available when setting up a series (reoccurring) in Zoom Event

Correct.  In the Zoom events platform this will be supported under the Conference feature which is expected to be released next month.
