Simulive video question

I just had a quick question, for the Simulive webinars...for the pre-recorded video does it have to be a zoom recording? Or can another video be uploaded for the Simulive? Thanks!

Prerequisites for hosting a simulive webinar

  1. Zoom Events Unlimited license or Zoom Sessions Unlimited license
  2. Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education account
  3. A saved recording on the Zoom cloud

Point 3 indices that it has to be a previously recorded Zoom session on the Zoom cloud. I guess you could have a private meeting where you screenshare a different, non Zoom recording to get your non Zoom recording into the cloud, but I would test this first.

I have a saved recording on zoom cloud and the new zoom simulive scheduler can't see it.
