noise reduction on zooms video playback

I'm not sure which location to post this question.

Zoom has a noise reduction feature on its live feed but is doesn't seem to have the same capability when using Zoom's video playback feature. Does anyone know if there is a way to reduce this background noise?

Thank you for reaching out about noise reduction during Zoom video playback.
Unfortunately, Zoom's noise reduction feature is currently only available for live meetings and does not extend to recorded video playback. 

You could consider
- Use third-party audio editing software to process the recording after download
- Enable noise suppression settings during the original meeting to improve recording quality
- Consider using external noise reduction tools if you frequently need to review recordings with background noise

I understand this isn't the ideal solution you were hoping for. You might want to submit this as a feature request to Zoom's support team, as enhanced playback controls could benefit many users.
