I have a weekly Simulive webinar.  Every time the meeting launches, and attendees can see the presentation, my video is already several seconds into it's play time.  The attendees are missing the introduction.  How do I fix this?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @e_pro.

 

You fix it by knowing that the video will start playing immediately at the start time, but that some attendees will be delayed in actually joining the Webinar... then you create a "pre-roll" in your video for a minute or so, maybe with a background screen that says "we'll start shortly", and then have your actual content start a minute later.
