Is it possible to host a simulive and then invite participants to breakroom if there are questions raised during the simulive?

A Simulive is a pre-recorded event or webinar, so that is not possible. However, you could add a registration link in your branding to allow people who have questions to join you in a meeting in the future where you could create breakout rooms.
