Setting to end registration

There used to be a setting that allowed me to select a time to close the registration for a webinar. I think it had options like "15 minutes before", "when the webinar has been started" etc. I can't find that setting any more. Does anyone know if it still exists? If so, where is it? Thanks for any guidance you can offer.

Hi, @VISOA.

 

I don't use Zoom's webinar registration that much, but have assisted clients setting it up many times.  I don't recall ever seeing an expiration date on Zoom's registration before.  That's not to say it was never there, but pretty sure it's no longer available, if it was.

 

I've also thoroughly searched relevant Zoom Support documents and don't see anything.

 

I know Eventbrite (which I use a lot) gives you the ability to set the availability date ranges for each type of ticket.  If you've used Eventbrite before, that could be where you remember it from.

 

If I find anything relating to it, I'll come back and let you know.
