Screensharing as Background Issues

Has anyone come across this:

Our alt. host for the last year have been able to screenshare/share slides as their background. But now when they go in the option is grayed out in the advanced options.

- updated accounts

- all listed as alt host on events

- and one is even a licensed user in our hub

hi @allwalker ,

I am not aware of this being limited to certain machines.

I would first check they can use standard video backgrounds because that is what the feature is based upon.
Make sure that is enabled and working
