Panelist access to webinar practice sessions

I sent a panelist access (as a panelist) to a practice webinar so he could start the practice session on his own. He is getting message that the webinar hasn't been started yet. I need him to be able to go in and out of the webinar to practice on his own. Is this not an option?

Panelists in standalone Webinars can’t start them, unless there are also added as Alt-Host, which requires the Panelist to be on the same organizational account as the Webinar Host/Owner.

If this is a Zoom Event or Zoom Session, you can check the Alt-Host box on the session’s Speaker info.
