Hi there,
great that you have a community now. We are currently trying to integrate our Zoom Webinars with Khoros ;-).
Part of the issues is that only one person can approve registrants and only one person can see the registration list in Zoom.
Is there a way to set up multiple responsible persons for one Webinar, to cover in case of holidays, sickness or worse?

Hi clangmayr,
If you need someone to assist with webinar settings (e.g. approving registrations), you can grant scheduling privileges to a licensed user on your account. For more information on scheduling privileges, click here. Please note they will also need a webinar license in order to see the webinars you've scheduled. They can then click on the webinar and go to Manage attendees > Edit to approve or deny registrations.
Hope this helps!
If this answers your question, please click "Accept solution". Thank you!
