Issue with "View event" and "Join" Links Redirecting to Zoom Homepage

In the free entry confirmation email, which is scheduled to be sent once someone registers for the event, there is a hyperlink with the text "View event" and a button that says "Join." The problem is that clicking on either of these redirects us to the zoom.com/us homepage instead of the event page. We don't know how to change the link for both. As it is, it might discourage many people who do not understand why they are being redirected there.

are you seeing this in the TEST EMAIL?  If so the links there dont actually work.  You should test with an actual email address.

Have you published your event? The links aren’t active until the event is Published.
