Has anyone had trouble hearing the designated interpreter during a webinar?

Hey @CarrieLee, if you're having trouble hearing the designated interpreter, you have the option to hear the interpreted language only, by click Mute Original Audio.

Here are my experiences.

  1. I have noticed that many interpreters are quieter than usual speakers.
  2. I would agree with RN that turning off the original audio helps. 
  3. Ensure that only one interpreter is active and there is not a second "on the line" with their microphone open
