I am hosting a webinar, halfway through, all of sudden, my control panel functions stopped responding.
I can open Q&A, PARTICIPANTS, but are all blank, nothing on it.
The meeting continues, I can hear and I can see live subtitle, But I cannot do anything, all functions disappeared.
I did not try to close the app, afraid it will cause ending the whole webinar.
When the webinar finished, I cannot stop the recording either. Very very strange!
Can anyone explain what went wrong...

Hi,
Did you have a Co-Host - or could Host have been passed or claimed by someone else during the Webinar? This almost sounds like Suspend Activities could have inadvertently been enabled.
Were you recording locally, or in the cloud - what did the recording show after the fact?
Other than that, I would ensure your Zoom client is up to date with the latest version.

This sounds like what we experienced on Tuesday.
The only change was that Zoom updated to 5.7.7.
