I want to create a single event of 3 days, 2 days of them will be seminars and 1 day of meet. I want this to be created with the same link. It's possible?

additionally I want the meet me groups to allow.

Any recommendation?

Yes, you can create multi-day conferences using Zoom Events. You can select from webinar and meeting sessions, and select which time and day each sessions should be on.
