Cannot trim the cloud recording

Hi everyone,

 

I was reviewing a cloud recording and needed to trim a section of it. However, when I clicked on the "Trim" button after selecting the portion to keep, I received an error message stating that "You have exceeded the rate limit (5 times during 12 hours) for trim this recording. Please try again later."

 

But I am in an urgent situation. Can anyone suggest any other methods for me to trim the recording on Zoom?
