Calendar view in zoom

Hi zoom-verse

Does anyone know if there is a way you can view webinars and meetings in a list or calendar view, so you don't end up with a meeting/webinar clash?

Hey, @vaada,

I use the Zoom-Outlook integration where Zoom loads meetings into my Outlook calendar whenever it finds meeting links in incoming Email.  (It doesn't specifically have to be an Outlook meeting invitation.)

It's a bit technical, but do-able with attention to detail.  Normally I like to try to paraphrase the Support articles and put them into easier language, but this one really needs the detail to get it right.

The result isn't perfect, but it is pretty good, and helps me a lot. The resulting updated Outlook calendar is then used to de-conflict my Calendly application's available time for consulting clients.
