Recently, we hosted a webinar and encountered an issue with multiple attendees having the same name. Any idea on how to resolve this and if it is possible for us to find out the actual attendee's email?

Hey @gexwf,
Thank you for sharing your concern. Most likely, the user with the name shared his or her joining link to other people. It would be best to turn on registration so your attendees will be able to provide you the necessary details you want and you can also keep track of everyone that will be joining.
Also, please check out this guide to generate webinar reports to know more about the people who attended your webinar: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0066245

Even if you turn on registration, someone registered can still use someone elses's join link. Maybe ask the person who is sharing the link to stop.
