Colleagues can't find docs

We have created a roadmap that we intended to share across the org.

As a result, I set the General Access to "Anyone in the account company ltd".

Although they could access the link, I've noticed that they cannot search for this in Zoom and the document doesn't appear when searched.

When I send a share link they can access and view again.

Is this intended behaviour?

Hi @benBADLASTNAME, welcome to Zoom Community! The General Access "Anyone in the account" means anyone in your company can open the document if they have the link, which is the key. For a document to appear in an employee's general Zoom Docs search results, it usually needs to be explicitly indexed for them which happens when they are added as a collaborator/viewer/editor. Alternatively, once they open the document via the shared link, it will then registered in their "Shared with Me" or "Recent" lists, making it searchable for them going forward. Also upon opening the file, they can add it to their starred list. I hope this helps.
