Delete Cloud Recordings on free plan

I receive the following email constantly:

 

This is a reminder that 85% of the available cloud recording storage for your account is being used.
4.24 GB (85% used) of 5 GB
Cloud recording will be disabled once 100% of the available storage is used. You can click "Upgrade" to purchase additional storage space, or click "Manage Recordings" to delete some files to make space.

 

However, when I try to delete some recordings, I get this error - Account is not paid. (2,015)

 

Can anyone advise me how to get rid of that spam?

Hey,
Can do few things to ignore this:

1- Check authenticity of such emails by checking domain.
2-Can move your old recording locally or delete if not required.

3- Contact with zoom support for better and reliable options and for upgrade.
