I have everything enabled according to the help center articles but I still receive this error message every time "Meeting Summary was not generated due to insufficient transcript. Next steps were not generated". Please assist

I have had the same issue; it seems like for my short meetings, it does not pick up or generate enough information or something. This feature is extremely important to my business, and I moved from riverside with this feature because I thought it would be similar.

We have this on and functional in all internal meeting for the last 2 month or so. Lats night for the most important weekly meeting we received the same message 'A summary and next steps for Weekly Operations Meeting could not be generated due to insufficient transcript.'
Are Zoom employees monitoring this or where do we go for a solution?

Same issue... for what it's worth, for about a week, the Assistant was very solid, now, I get these messages on most accounts, started happening consistently ~2 weeks ago

We have been highly impressed with the AI Summary. However, it seems to be not working. We have had this message in our last two meetings.

Having this same issue with a meeting tonight that was 90 minutes. Did not take notes because of how awesome the summary and next steps were from the last time I used this feature - but I have a complete recording with good audio. Can a transcript be made by uploading the video somewhere else?
