Flashing AI Companion icon

The AI Companion icon constantly flashes if someone is using it, but the flashing is distracting. Is there a way to have it stop flashing or to remove it from the title bar?

This is a serious problem for some of us, who can't stand that sort of distraction. The icon is fine, and it can be colored (in a static way) to indicate that it is "turned on". But the blinking conveys NO information, while being hugely distracting.

Yes please work on this - it is very distracting to me as well when trying to focus during meetings and presentations.

Hello Bri,

Do you have any sort of update on turning off the flashing AI Companion icon? I have it disabled for meetings that I host, but when I attend other people's meetings, the flashing is very distracting. For people with attention issues or other neurodivergent characteristics, this is problematic and makes Zoom inaccessible. The best I can do is put a sticky note on top of it. I can't imagine that this is a difficult fix, yet complaints on this thread date back more than a year now. Thanks!

This is now starting to occur with other Icons, Camera On is flashing throughout a zoom call now. Frankly I know its on, I'm using Zoom. Any help turning it off without turning the camera off likewise appreciated.

Also looking for an update on this. Icon is extremely distracting during important meetings. I agree with other commenters that this could just be a static recolor to indicate on/off

It is seriously seriously annoying. Should have been a very easy fix if this company cared or paid attention to feedback. 

Please fix this ASAP!
