Custom Formatting of Meeting Summaries

Hello, fellow Zoomers!

 

I'm trying to figure out how/if I can provide a prompt to the AI companion on how I would like the summary formatted? Currently, I'm taking my summary and then pasting it into a custom prompt I built to re-format the summary into the format my client requires. (an organization I contract with to serve their clients. They have a specific format they want the meetings outcomes reported in). It would be great if I could accomplish that within Zoom and lose the extra step.  Thank you in advance!

Agreed, I'm looking for the same feature. Currently either putting the transcript into a co-pilot agent I created or putting the zoom summary through the agent to get it formatted the way we like. Zoom would ideally do this. I don't think it would be that hard.

It shouldn't be that hard - I've created a custom gpt that I literally drop my zoom summaries into, and it spits it out in the format needed for the crm - There should be the ability for me to simply copy that prompt into companion ai

I need a therapy format. I am worried about HIPPA.

All of my templates are HIPAA and HIGHTRUST compliant, with a section at the end of the meeting summary with comments. I created a template for each MFT Therapy model to allow my clinicians to select the correct template based on the session type, including discharge, crisis, and intake.
