AI summaries not enabled in settings?

Hello, I've had AI companion creating summaries without a problem until about a month ago, when it stopped. I didn't change any settings before this happened.

When I go on Account settings > AI companion, it it set to autostart and Meeting summary is on, but I get an error message below saying "one or more AI companion features are disabled in your settings". I enabled it everywhere I could think of inside "manage all settings", and it still doesn't work, can you please help?
