ZoomChat support with personal ZoomRoom running on DTEN Me (OS Android 9)

It appears there is no ZoomChat option available with ZoomRoom for personal use. There is an option at main scree for "Meet, "Join", "Phone", "Whiteboard", "Share Content", "Conntacts", but not for "ZoomChat". ZoomRoom is not in a meeting as there is no button for ZoomChat. The ZoomRoom is in personal mode and associated with an end user.

How can users utilizing DTEN Me to reply to ZoomChat messages?

Zoom rooms do not have the ability to reply to chats.
Personal Zoom Rooms also runs on the same application, so you will not be able to reply.

This kinda goes against the promise by zoom to use single appliance for all Zoom functions with Zoom hardware  appliances.

What I do know is that
Chat is a feature of the desktop application.

However, I have tested it by installing Personal Zoom Room on my Windows PC, and I was able to reply to chats during meetings.
