Video problems

As you can see from the file, the video is like that: a green screen😨, what's going on??

I have reinstalled  Zoom app several times, but nothing changes.

The PC camera is ok, then what??

For instance in Microsoft Teams it works perfectly...

Tips to fix-

Attempt to start your video by tapping Video. Switch between the front camera and the back camera by tapping Switch Camera.
Check if any other applications are already using the camera. Open recent applications.
Check that Zoom has permissions for the camera. 
Uninstall and reinstall the Zoom app.

Hey @Florence77 first suggest updating your Zoom desktop client to the most recent Zoom version available to you. 

Here is how you can update Zoom to the latest version, let me know if updating resolves any of your issues. 🙂
