How do I add an emoji to someone else's comments in chat?

Hey @ashram_ingreece suggest looking into the KB on Enabling or disabling Team Chat emojis either you as the owner/admin may need to re-enable this feature. If your user role is below an owner/admin, the owner/admin will need to enable that for you. Otherwise, within Team Chat, you can click on the 

 and you should see the following:
