Student chat features

As a school that offers many classes where we promote student collaboration on projects, puzzles and games it would be useful adding a feature that allows hosts to view private chat exchanges between students in real time or after class. With young kids we want to encourage collaboration for certain types of exercises/assignments, but we still need to monitor and make sure only appropriate messages are occurring.

It would also be useful to add a feature that allows us to group students so they can have group chats (again that the host can view in real time or later). This would allow grouping students on teams for various activities where all of the team members should be involved, but it would restrict students not on a team to see what other teams are chatting about.

I am sure we aren't the only school or education center that would find this incredibly useful.
