Forward Call Queue to external number

I am trying to figure out how to forward one of my call queues to an external number when the call queue is selected from the IVR auto attendant.  The call queue has its on toll free number as I thought that might be a requirement.  I just can't figure out how to route it to the external number.

On your call queue, select Overflow and choose Routing Option to External Contacts

you will need to acknowledge that forwarded calls will be billed based on usage.

 

I acknowledge that calls forwarded to the PSTN will be billed based on usage. Calls can only be forwarded to the PSTN from a user, call queue, or auto-receptionist that has a direct phone number assigned.

Select one of your contacts which could be an external answering service.
