Got a call from someone who claimed they were with APEX and working for Frontier communications.  Since I don't have Frontier my scam radar kicked in.     How do I protect myself from a possible slammer trying to port my phone numbers?

Hello @RussB

The good thing is that no carrier can port your Zoom phone number unless they have your Zoom Account port-out PIN.  This is required for all port-out requests.  Zoom also verifies the PIN provided on a port-out request.  So even if the hacker/scammer provided all the pertinent personal information but not the correct port-out PIN, the request will be denied.
