remote control access

when I give remote control access the client can move the mouse but clicking is unresponsive, can anyone advise?

HI @Eims23 ,

 

If you are using MacOS you will need to make sure and give Zoom access in the Accessibility tab in the Privacy and Security preferences of your Mac.
