audio issues

Please can somebody help me:

Every of my clients on call are muted.

I purchased Zoom Pro and started a call

My audio and video is perfect

I see them also

but I dont hear them

 

They are not muted by me, or by them.

I can see little mic icon and volume is moving too

 

But I dont hear them at all.

And I dont have them muted in my setting in account

You need to be sure that your participants joied the meeting with their audio as well. To join with audio, they can click on th audio icon and select any of the options sutable to them. If this is the issue, it should rectify it.

 

Thank you. I tested it on two different platforms (Linux and Windows) input source was selected correctly, the audio was unmute, but still I can not hear participants (as host) at all.

 

And microphone indicator is moving as we speek.

Probably I am searching for settings in web portal, because setting for host and participants I checked repeatedly.
