I notice when accessing the participant statistics following a mtg, if a person was disconnected & logs back in, the total 'Duration' time is not accurate. If it's a one hour meeting, & someone logs on for 10 mins, gets disconnected & logs back in, it shows the person logged in twice; however, it doesn't reflect 10 mins for the duration of that first logon. Instead, it shows the entire length of the meeting. It's not always the case, but happens often enough that I am unable to reliably document a person's participation. Is this a glitch?

Hi @Tuggles it's been some time since you've posted this discussion and apologies for not getting to it sooner! Where exactly are you pulling these statistics? If you go into our Reports (https://zoom.us/account/report) > Usage Reports > Active Hosts, Admins can pull data such as Name (Original Name), User Email, Join Time, Leave Time, and Duration of that specific meeting. Under 'Participants' highlighted in Blue, you can click on the number and generate a report if needed!
