ZOOM issues with Windows 11

I found that my ZOOM was crashing and freezing up my new computer resulting in a frozen, pixelated screen. I had to reboot to get back to the meeting I was hosting. 

I took my computer to tech support and did a factory reset on a brand-new machine. After the reset, I downloaded ZOOM again and the issue returned. Tech support contacted hp and installed a new motherboard under warranty. The issue returned. Time for me to do some troubleshooting for myself.  Here is what I found out:

The download from ZOOM is not compatible with Windows 11. If you download to a Windows 11 platform, you must complete an immediate update in order to use ZOOM. That might have been nice to know before being without the use of my computer for three weeks, and an unnecessary warranty claim!

Funny thing is...my Zoom app is udated. I reinstalled it ans still the same problem.!i just lost an Interview now because I couldn't do it via Zoom! Thank you Zoom!
