Video does not display

My camera is not working during calls.  Video is authorized on the screen, my camera drivers are updated, my computer has authorized the zoom to access the camera, and I have the latest Zoom software.  Does anyone have any fix recommendations.  Thanks

Here are some things to try to help narrow it down a bit...

 

  • I would try to use the camera on other software on that computer such Photo Booth, Facetime, etc to confirm that the camera is functional, and that it works on that computer on other software.
  • If you have a different computer to test it on to confirm that the camera itself is functional?
  • Try using a different USB cable and port in the computer.
