Unable to see or hear recording

I received a notification that provided the link to access the Recording of a previous Zoom Meeting. After clicking on the link, a screen pops up with what appears to be a video. I press play and the timer at the bottom of the video, reflects that the video is playing. However,  I am unable to hear or see the video. There is a picture of a camera with a line across it that is displayed where the video should be seen. I assume, this is to indicate that visual of the video is not available. However, it appears that the audio is not available either. Therefore, the recording that was linked is useless.

It seems as though the mic and camera were not opened for the participant being recorded.

 

Can you confirm that all others who have received a link to the recording are also unable to hear/see anything?
