Sign Language Interpreter: Voicing in speaker mode- I don't want to show up!

whether in Sign Language mode or not... I am often voicing for a client who presents in ASL and therefore my voice is what you hear, however I want the client/ASL users video to pop up in speaker mode since the message is coming from the sign language user instead of looking at me the interpreter voicing. In short, the meeting participants should see the Deaf person signing and hear my voice (not see me) pop up in speaker mode when they are commenting/contributing/leading the meeting.

Can I put their audio dial in number as my audio leg?...or something like that?
